When a traditional mattress company wanted to compete with direct to customer companies like Casper and Tuft & Needle, they decided the best way would be to create an entirely new brand.

This new entity could have a fresh voice that didn't conflict with messaging strategies already in place, and open new competitive channels while relying on much of their existing infrastructure. Voila Mattress has evolved over several years of optimization efforts and has generated over $2M in revenues since launch in 2016, delighting over 1,500 happy sleepers.
